High Quality 40mm Pine Frames - Your canvas is stretched around high quality European pine stretcher
bars hand built to your chosen print size. Our stretcher bars have a
profile depth of 40mm giving that unique deep gallery wrap box canvas
finish. Deep pine frames ensure your stretched canvas will not warp over
time, a common problem found in cheaper thinner frames.
Epson UltraChrome K3 Inks - Ensuring superior image quality,
longer print life and greater water resistance, ensuring a print
lifetime of approximately 108 years.
Archival Canvas - Guaranteeing superior print quality and lifetime, and also ensuring your canvas stays perfectly taught on the frame.
Our
canvas prints are made to the highest standards using the finest
equipment and materials, and with the greatest care ensuring your prints
are of unrivalled finished quality. We print with the renowned Epson
UltraChrome K3 Pigment Inks onto archival canvas ensuring superior image
quality, longer print life, deeper colours and greater water and
scratch resistance. Your canvas is then stretched over high quality pine
stretcher bars hand built to your chosen print size giving that unique
gallery wrap box canvas finish to your image.
Delivery Time - Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge and will usually take 2 working days after placing your order. Prints with one side measuring 60" are sent via a separate courier and may take 1-2 days longer.
We send all mainland UK orders via DPD on a next working day delivery service so all deliveries will need to be signed for upon arrival. Confirmation emails will also be sent via DPD containing your tracking details and a delivery window on the day of delivery detailing when your parcel will be delivered.
DPD's next day service operating hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, however if you do require a different service such as a Saturday delivery please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for the extra shipping.
Please note for international orders and orders going to Northern Ireland and UK Highlands and Islands delivery may take 1-2 days longer.
Delivery Cost - Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge, for all orders going to Northern Ireland and UK Highlands and Islands there is a £10.99 charge for delivery.
International Delivery - We ship to addresses all over the world so if you would like a quote for international shipping please contact us.
Packaging - Our prints are securely packaged in several layers of bubble wrap then packed with several layers of cardboard ensuring your item arrives with you in perfect condition.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service therefore we accept the return of goods up to 7 working days after you receive your item, please contact us at office@directprinthouse.co.uk to arrange a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds exclude initial shipping charges, and if the print is 40"x30" or larger a 10% restocking fee will be charged. All orders made to a custom brief such as custom text items are non-returnable please see below.
